Toni Anderson of Lois Lauer Reality Century 21 is the go to realtor for your needs. She sold our house in like 6 days a few years ago. She friendly, very knowledgeable and works to het the job done!!! You won't go wrong by enlisting ber services.
I've had the pleasure of Rick representing me in several real estate transactions. He listed my rental property in the mountains while still occupied by less than cooperative tenants. He did a great job of negotiating with the tenants to be able to show the house to perspective buyers to help get the house sold quicker. He also assisted me in finding a commercial spot to lease for my tea shop. He made all my transactions run smoothly and was available any time day or night to answer my questions to put my mind at ease. Excellent agent!
Rick Polidore represented my Mom in the sale of a home she owned but hadn't lived in since 1974,..the home had been broken into with Nasty Scumbags,Trespassers claiming the home as there's...While my Mom explained they Were Not to be in the home as the lady who was living there had pass away,her son felt he could break into the home and try and claim it as his!!!.My Mom had to show her Attorney's Paperwork and Hall Of Records papers showing she owned the Home and pay the Yearly Taxes.
