Yesterday I called AAA for a tow to a dealership after my car overheated. I waited for 4½ hours and finally canceled bc the dealership had closed. This morning I started the process again and AAA tried to assign THE SAME company an hour from my location ? I refused to give them another try.
I did my due diligence, and advised AAA that I wanted to use Angel Hands Towing, mere miles from my car. AAA has to respect the customers request.

My BMW328i stalled this morning in Loma Linda. Angel Hands Towing arrived within half an hour. David was quick, professional & very friendly. This tow truck company is the best. Great service. Thank you David.

20/10 customer service from Malik! My steering wheel was locked and my car could not turn on at all, and everyone tried everything. Malik even knew that we needed a wheel lift (AAA sent him without saying he needs a wheel lift) and he used his own knowledge to get the car on the tow truck. Anyone else would’ve called another guy to bring a wheel lift HE DIDNT! I trust this Angel Hands Towing with my life, especially the best mechanic I’ve seen Malik.
