Fernando scheduled our HVAC repair for the afternoon of the day I called. He was there when he said he would be. He looked at the thermostat and the a/c unit and was back in a short time to give me an estimate. He had the needed part in his truck and had the whole thing fixed in another 20 minutes. He was polite, kind, positive and obviously knew what he was doing. I was shocked at the price- truly a bargain since we had been sweltering all day. I would highly recommend him.
