Wonderful acupuncture experience! John & his lovely wife were incredibly kind & helpful my first time there. I'd never had acupuncture before & I'm a little uptight. They put me at ease & made the experience pleasant. So much so that when I injured myself at the gym, I immediately thought to go there. John rally helped identify the problem & got straight to fixing it. I'm usually super uptight & do NOT fall asleep easily. That was not the case here. He has to wake me up every time the timer goes off. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with any kind of pain, especially sciatica pain.

I was excited to get information and make an appointment. My wife called 3 times and left 2 voicemails and no response. I called and luckily got answered. The receptionist Hao is very rude. Seems like she's new and doesn't know what she's doing. Told me she's was going to look into my insurance to see if they cover their procedures and I didn't get a call back. I had to call them next day. She didn't really looked into my insurance to see if the procedures are covered. She told me that I needed to call my insurance and have them call them.
