Great vibes and I actually switched to them because of such a poor experience with my prior place. I'll go ahead and say it, Pro Cuts closes early, even when you have a nice reserved appointment, and it tells you to come in at a certain time, which you do! I definitely don't wanna make it all about Pro Cuts (it's actually more aptly named Amateur Cuts. OK I'll take a deep breath and get on track/target! I came in with a challenge because I waited almost 3 times longer than I normally wait to get a haircut, which means that my hair was doing whatever it wanted, and it does not resemble anything near the results of the haircut I would be going for. I got a great haircut and beard trim from a very nice young lady, her name is Amur or Amar, anyway... She has great hands and gives a wonderful MVP treatment!! I'm going back for sure!!
Arrived as a walk in with my teens around 4 and was ranked 10th and 11th...which is understandable. Then the gal calls out 9 names or so, which to our surprise none were there...so one of my teens is up quickly next. Found out later this stylist asked if he was alone or with another and my son said his brother is right after him for a cut. From the time he was done a swarm of people previously called walked in. Instead of cutting my other son's hair real quick...we sat there for over an hour waiting for his name to be called which split our party.
