If you have problems with the ppl at the lab when confronted video tape them and show it to their supervisor so done with the attitudes you're not a nurse not even an LVN you're just a phlebotomist a 6 week corse after a quick crash corse as an MA . You're not magic you're not a doctor.

This review is specifically for the Covid vaccination program in building B. I have only good things to say about the way this Sutter is managing vaccinations. Appointments are made through the patient portal. There's no waiting when you arrive and ample parking. There is a specific entrance and separate entrance which feels very safe. When you enter (with a mask) you're asked some screening questions and asked to sit socially distanced in the hallway. My husband and I have both had surgeries here, both of which went very well. Our PCP is new to the area and SNMG, but she's pretty good to work with, so no complaints. I'm also on allergy shots, and the nurses in that department are AMAZING! I LOVE them! Super props to Dr. Nam as well - I experienced anaphylaxis a few weeks ago after a shot (grass is apparently my Kryptonite), and he did an EXCELLANT job of keeping me calm while administering the steriod shot (he also performed my septoplasty a few months ago and, man, he NAILED it!
