Renter at an apartment complex they own and is ran through hilbers property management. The tenants have been without hot water for three weeks now and no comunication as to when it will be fixed. They are one of the highest rents in town too. Slum Lord.
Well, I was called to go for an interview as a Project manager, but because I depressed nice, I have a bachelor degree, which it was in the requirements, also I was a carpenter for 30 years, I owned a construction company, among other businesses. I Supervised over 62 workers, not to mention my career in the military. I was interviewed by Conrad, which he seemed like not all there, and started to interview me for a lower job. When I was called to the interview for the first job it was $84,000/year. He offered me a job way below my experience and qualifications at $42,000/year.
