Got a bad back, they say you need surgery, Stop and please first try this. Gies Chiropractor Center- they have the DRX9000 decompression for necks and backs. It was my saving grace from NOT having to go through a 3-level front and back surgery THAT was diagnosed by a well know leading specialist from Daily City hospital . I had the drx 9000 from Dr. Larry Gies in Yuba City. 26 sessions on his machine and I'm back playing golf and living a good life....., without surgery and that was in 2009 so it absolutely 100% worked for me!!! This chiropractic's decompression therapy I would try. Pro golfer Frank Nobilo is who I had read about that had this therapy that convinced me to try it. I did, I am a believer in Dr. Larry Gies. When I first met him he said I want to get you off all pain meds and muscle relaxers, that is my goal. I thought back then oh yeah right. Well he did!! I am a believer, back golfing with a full swing. Nothing to loose, but once they cut on you who knows what is next. I didn't need to find that out. Thank you Dr.Gies and his staff!!
Dr. Gies is incredible! I have had the hardest time with back problems since I was 13. After complications from a severe leg break, I was left with one leg being longer than the other, which caused me to develop scoliosis. I started seeing a chiropractor then, and continued seeing the same one for the next 10 years. In that 10 years, I was never given new x-rays, or a new evaluation, they just kept doing the same adjustment over and over again. Over the years, my pain increased, my mobility decreased, and I gained a lot of weight. I was told so many different things that I would never be able to do. Like, go bowling, jump on a trampoline, play sports, or live my life comfortably. They blamed my weight for everything and made me feel like a useless lump. In February of 2013, while on vacation with my boyfriend, and burdened with the flu, I threw my back out coughing. I knew something had to be really wrong with me if that was all it took. When I came home, I went to my chiropractor, and not only asked to be adjusted, but asked for something to take the edge off the pain. After seeing these people for over 10 years, my Doctor laughed in my face, gave me a lecture about how unnecessary that would be, and then made a series of comments which led me to believe that he thought I was 'drug-seeking'. I was furious and hurt. I never wanted to go to another chiropractor again. My Uncle saw my pain, and told me I needed to go see his chiropractor, Dr. Gies. Desperate for answers, I gave in. Not only was Dr.Gies' bedside manor lovely, but he took his time, listened, and ordered new x-rays. After seeing them, it only took him one look to see what was wrong with me. i have disc compression problems, that he can not explain the origin of, but immediately began treating this specific problem. I do physical therapy at home at his recommendation, and when I need an adjustment, I go to see him. I feel better, and like I have hope. He is working on the problem that I have, and evolves with my pain as it evolves. He has changed my life. Please, if you have pain, trust Dr.Gies to help you find relief.
