“Update: It has been about a year since I posted my original review. Since then I've been in a few times for myself and my wife. Today, I had to get a repair and since I bought the original products from Milani Optical I was not charged a fee but I was willing to pay for the service. That of course is surprising in our day and age of small business owners trying to make every penny they can to stay afloat. Not to say that they have their struggles I'm sure there are some. This business cares more about the client than themselves. It's truly amazing when you go to see them rather than the optometrists eyeglass fitter. They treat every customer with the same diligence and care as any other client. I like being there just because of the environment. It is laid back and nobody is in a big hurry but they are quick about handling customers needs. Think twice before going to the optometrists glass and lens purchasing part of the business and consider going to Milani Optical. More choices, much of the repair work is done on site and while you wait. They have a great way of making you feel that it is worth your time being there.Original and long term owners, Jeff and Carol, along with son Jerry always provide top notch service. For those like myself, I prefer to get my prescription checked yearly and have Milani Optical provide frames and lenses as desired. They have superior stock of quality frames and your choices are typically better. The family owned business treats you as if you are family. Pricing is competitive and often less than my experience with a couple of optometrists. A plus; They are local and if you need a repair or any concern they are not sending the work out to be done. They repair what can be repaired on location. I was quoted 2-3 weeks for a repair from my Optometrist and Milani Optical repaired a minor issue in 15 minutes. It cost me nothing even though the non-prescription glasses were not bought there. They will earn your business without a doubt.“
