I did not like going to the gym. I didn’t know what to do at the machines, I knew nothing about weights, I had no idea how to focus on specific body parts. When my sister invited me to a group GYM class with Jordyn I was hesitant because again I did not like gyms, but I went to support her and the class pushed me to my limit. I thought I’d never go again but I went back with my sister and I’m glad that I did cuz almost a half a year later and I’m still going! Been going to Jordan's classes for about a year now & have always had such an amazing experience. The trainers are all very nice and welcoming, the girls that workout here are so friendly and it creates such a comfortable environment to workout in. Since coming to these classes my mind and body is in such a better state mentally and physically. I love how the trainers push you & how each workout is different leaving you sore every time. Highly recommend to all!
