Risa is absolutely amazing. A truly great customer experience. She not only helped us with our choices sharing her knowledge and things to consider but also met us at the tile store to coordinate our selections. Really went beyond what we’ve experienced in customer service for a very long time.

When my husband and I decided to upgrade from carpet to laminate flooring we weren’t sure exactly what we wanted. John we quick to come out and measure our space and give his recommendations. When I came in store to decide on a design and color he insisted I take multiple samples home to really see what I liked. Once we were ready we ordered our materials and they were quick to come in. The install date was set and the whole install only took half the day for our living room and hallway. The install team was quick, efficient and you can tell they’ve been doing this for a long time. 3D Flooring has the best service and quality products. Risa is a wealth of knowledge in flooring and so is Dusty. We ordered carpet from them in late August and had them install it. The carpet is plush, the padding is wonderful and we have been very pleased. I can't say enough about their customer service.
