5 contacted mercier electric because I need help with an electrical issue on our commercial property. We live out here so difficult for us to meet with individuals on site. He was quick to respond when I called and was able to isolate the issue. He communicated what was the problem and even sent pictures to show us what was wrong. He proceeded to pull the appropriate permits with the city and orchestrated what needed to get the job done including getting Pacific Power on site the same day as him to complete the job without disrupting our other tenants power.
