I was very surprised to see such a negative review because my experience,was so outstanding. I hired Yorba Linda Handyman August 2021 to replace a 13 foot beam that was riddled with dry rot and to replace a third story deck floor that also had dry rot. The execution of both jobs was excellent. The third floor deck was cantilevered and octagonal in shape. John had to make a template and cut with precision. They had to go up Three flights of stairs and through an office to get at the deck. I was expecting to be left with a mess. Not so. First of all, the floor is beautiful. John was very professional. He installed 3 backyard wooden gates that were in dire need of replacement. He used top notch quality wood and explained the process to us. He also gave us options and a reasonable price. I would highly recommend him. He was kind and friendly. I will definitely call him for other services needed.
