She really knows what she's doing, and checks in with you about the amount of pressure she is using. She is also an incredibly kind and caring soul whose presence is so soothing. She really loves helping people relax and feel better, and it shows. She creates a relaxing environment with dim lighting, white noise, and peaceful music softly playing. Shelly put on my very first set of acrylic nails about 35 years ago and I'm still wearing that same set today (obviously with many, many fills in between)! It was a long run and a great run.
