Absolutely disappointed in the service we have received during the time that we have been with this doctor. You will never get a response on a weekend or during an emergency, and only certain days the doctor is able to do certain things . First, we were told that my six-year-old daughter was in need of a crown, which we trid to avoid, and were told needs to happen. Then, the crown has fallen out two times and we were told it's not going to fit back on and we should just leave the tooth black and rotted and shaved down as it is because they couldn't get the tooth back on. So they charged for this expensive service for a 6 year old that probably didn't need it, and now since they can't get the tooth back on, she is telling us that they wouldn't even put the tooth back on if it was their own child. They were paid for their services and did not want to take care of the issue after the fact, and it's very disappointing to have my daughter walking around with tooth revealed the way it is with no resolution! If only she could call back as fast as she did when she saw my review to say she's canceling all future appointments because of my review, as when we have an emergency.
Dr. Bae is fabulous especially with children that have special needs. Everyone in the office is fantastic, kind, compassionate and professional.
Second time visiting Sunshine Pediatric Dentistry with my twins (now 2 years old). I can't say enough great things about Dr. Bae and her team. They are kind, they are patient, they make the experience FUN! My kids actually asked to go back to the dentist later that night. WOW. Highly recommend Sunshine Pediatric Dentistry 10/10!
