“I really adore the staff. Katie is kind and caring and she follows up on patients. Eddy is very knowledgeable and cares about how patients feel are treated. Chad is an amazing PTA. He's got a great attitude and really wants the patients he sees to be better for themselves. Everyone that I have come in contact with has been amazing as far as the staff. That's why it's sad to see the facility the way it is and how the employees have to work under these conditions. When it rains it gives off a foul smell like mold. There is exposed wires everywhere and the ceiling as well. I come to Cadceus for all of my doctors and it's great but the downstairs looks way better than where I go to do physical therapy. It looks like the place isn't finished. Also, please know that BIM has made a huge difference in my life personally with all of their help and encouragement. I am forever thankful to all of them. Went for PT on my ankle after a backpacking slip with 3 fractures, a dislocation, surgery with screws and plate, and had GREAT progress under Mark's guidance, he's a great coach!
