Staff is always friendly and very helpful- they know their stuff. The store is always clean and they have a cute photo-op area for different holidays. It’s a privately-owned business, and the pride of ownership is clear.
What we have observed:
-Prices are high for some things like carriers or shampoo. You're going to pay up to double the price of other places but you wouldn't know unless you do your homework. We've paid more in a pinch, but you do what you have to do. -Prices are competitive for pet food. A few dollars higher than other local small stores.
-They have a wide selection of food for dogs.
-I'd like to see a better selection of grooming tools.
-The dog wash is clean, but there should be a sign with etiquette in the dog wash area. We have been, and people just throw their used towels down. There is a basket for used towels!

Visit pet supply my wife and I and the lovely lady June was awesome very tentative to are needs , we told her we was just passing through on are way to Temecula where we live but we’re going to make this are pet store shopping destinations because of her!
