Nice enough people but seem disorganized. My first appointment was for X-rays, exam and cleaning. X-rays went well, exam was just the dentist poking around in my mouth and when it was time for the cleaning, the hygienist had gone to lunch. They asked if I wanted to hang around for 30 minutes or so until she came back ? ? ? I did not. I came back another day for the cleaning. The hygienist was gentle but relatively new. A different dentist came in to give me an exam and seemed put off when I told her I had already had an exam on my previous visit. I understand why the exam and cleaning were free. I won't be back.
Dr. Loomis and the staff are the nicest most helpful!! Dr. Loomis is extremely gentle, knowledgeable and most of all honest and doesn't try and sell you stuff/ procedures you don't need. I've been to a dozen dentists in my life and he's hands down the BEST!! Highly recommend!!
I love this place when I had been terrified of the dentist. Last time i went I had my molar taken out and it got infected, I went to urgent care and had the infection removed. I couldn't breathe and my neck was swollen. Anyways, I took the chance on making appt for deep cleaning and I had the best experience. The people, the vibe, the energy was beyondn what I expected. The service was top notch and Bora (sp?) she is an excellent hygenist. I am coming back for sure!
