I was lucky enough to find Travis and BizWise Realty when I was renting a house after a divorce. Travis has gone above and beyond from my first interaction. He has always been available by email, text, and phone. More importantly Travis has followed up regularly to make sure that everything at the property is going well.

BizWise Realty and Travis are great. We've been renting a house in Placentia thru BizWise Realty for over 2 years now. Before we moved in we saw that the house was being renovated. There were a few things that we didn't like about the house (such as the bathroom vanities and lavatories). We told Travis that if those were replaced we would definitely be interested in renting the house. He said he'd talk to the owner and called me later to let me know that the owner would replace those items. We decided to apply and we were approved right away.
