Here's everything you need to know. The owner is incredible. Extremely nice and helpful. He has a hard time finding quality employees to run the counter so sometimes you get what you get. Be patient. The workers doing the cleaning seem to do a very good job as well. They always get it right and as long as I point out the stains or marks on the products I want cleaned, they get them every time.... key point being that it's my job to bring it up and point it out to the person at the counter. They get colored tape and mark the spot, so the workers can find it later when cleaning. If you do that, you're good to go. Cheers!! in this time of coronavirus/COVID-19, i appreciate the very thoughtful, respectful young man at the counter who asked me kindly if i would agree to stand back while he got my finished, clean clothes. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! TERRIFIC! i had already set my pick up ticket on the counter and taken a couple steps away. i am delighted Save On Cleaners is mindful of their customers health and safety, and the health of the entire community. he brought out my clean order, hung it on the rack and stepped away so i could take it safely. Friendly, professional, and they do a great job, Save On Cleaners been our dry cleaners for 5+years now, and we appreciate their good service. my vintage, classic woolens and silks (Lord & Taylor, I.Magnin, Calvin Klein, really old stuff, even my velvet 1950's cocktail dress) come out beautifully clean and pressed. Finally, for all the complaints yelped, in five years i have had exactly one garment that went in with coffee stains and came back with lighter coffee stains. not surprising on a pale, sage/mint green garment. i decided it was time to retire that coat, even though it was a favorite. sometimes, stains simply cannot come out, no fault of the cleaners. my fault for spilling coffee on myself.
