I moved to woodland earlier this year and chose to keep getting my nails done in Sacramento until I could find a new reliable shop with genuine customer service. This is definitely the best shop I’ve come across and they’re always so sweet. 10/10 pedis and their prices are exactly whats marketed. My new favorite place for my pedis.
I love going to Pro-File Nails. I’ve been going there every couple of weeks for several years. I have always been treated with kindness and respect and I have never seen them treat anyone badly.
I was in the shop this morning when the previous reviewer came in asking for change. She walked in not long after the salon opened and all of the employees were busy with customers. It took them a minute to ask around, but no one had change. It doesn’t seem fair to give a bad review because they couldn’t break a $20 bill. No one was rude or disrespectful about it.
I have been taking my business to Profile Nails since they opened, and I have known the Owner since before she owned the business. After reading a post that said the staff were rude and disrespectful, and that the Owner’s response was dishonest, I wanted to defend the owner and her staff who have always been very professional, polite and friendly, and never ever dishonest. Perhaps it was a communication or language barrier, but I can vouch that this is a business with an Owner that is extremely honest and is always willing to accept accountability and is not afraid to apologize & try to make her customers happy.
