Came to see the place and Jeanna and Leilena was very helpful. Outstanding customer service. Clean and highly recommended. They do care for your loved ones. Friendly staffs and good service!

I've waited for a few months to post this review. We had a disappointing experience with McNary's after the death of my father. Their employee, Lailene, was disorganized when we met with her. She insincerely expressed her condolences, but took a long time to trying to figure out where to find the amounts to charge us (didn't have a price sheet, got one, then didn't seem to know how to read it). Tried to slip in a $500 charge for a "flower hearse," which was ridiculous. They show you upstairs to a showroom for coffins, with the lowest priced one being well over 3K. Consumer warning, you can order the same one from an online source for half... read full review
