Came to see the place and Jeanna and Leilena was very helpful. Outstanding customer service. Clean and highly recommended. They do care for your loved ones. Friendly staffs and good service!

I've waited for a few months to post this review. We had a disappointing experience with McNary's after the death of my father. Their employee, Lailene, was disorganized when we met with her. She insincerely expressed her condolences, but took a long time to trying to figure out where to find the amounts to charge us (didn't have a price sheet, got one, then didn't seem to know how to read it). Tried to slip in a $500 charge for a "flower hearse," which was ridiculous. They show you upstairs to a showroom for coffins, with the lowest priced one being well over 3K. Consumer warning, you can order the same one from an online source for half the price and the funeral home is required by law to accept them (I found this out afterwards, my fault for not preparing for this). They also told us they would do their best to speed up the process to be able to do the burial quickly, but did not. When I got back with them, they said the hospice hadn't completed the paperwork, but didn't keep us informed to be able to follow up - I had to call them several times. It was a frustrating experience on top of dealing with the grief of the loss of my father. Maybe people in this business become numb to dealing with loss on a daily basis and forget to show compassion and try to be helpful, are only focused on making as much money as they can. I'd recommend trying another option, we will when we have to deal with the inevitable next loss.
