In daily pain. Called, was told I was being put on hold, line disconnected. Called back, same man answered, asked a few questions before saying he was putting me on hold and hanging up again. Called a third time, the receptionist asked the same questions, then put me on hold for 14 minutes. Hung up, called a fourth time, on hold for 26 minutes but no one ever even answered that time. I just want to schedule an appointment and get help with this pain before it becomes an emergency.

OMG! Just try to get into the portal! It's just awful. My doctor doesn't even know how! I called over 5 times to the portal operator, and they couldn't sign me up. I went to the website over 5 times and couldn't get signed in. I asked the reception at my doctors office to help me. She did not! I called Woodland Dignity Health and left several messages and still was not helped!

I was transferred to this facility for the mental health behavioral facility and my experience was awful. First I am a Type 1 diabetic, they took my insulin pump and in my care of my diabetes they treated it like I was a Type 2. I am insulin dependent, I have to have insulin to stay alive. They treated me awfully. They were not giving me enough insulin, I was sick the entire time with a roller coaster of blood sugar levels. At one point I reach 517 and I was so sick I’m sure I was in ketosis. When I asked for Ketone strips to test them, they supposedly tried to find some and within a few minutes they told me that their departments don’t have them and they refused...read full review
