BusWest Sacramento is a local Thomas Built School Bus Dealer based in Nevada. They offer a variety of services, including the sale of new and used school buses, bus parts, financing, retrofits, repair, and service. BusWest is known for its excellent customer service. Their parts department is highly regarded for making the ordering process easy and efficient. The company has a long history in the community, having previously operated as Marvin Landplane in the 1970s. BusWest is capable of handling all aspects of school bus needs, from sales to repairs.
Been working with Alan Westerlin for over a year now one of the best parts guys to deal with i"ve been in the parts industry for over 15 years and he makes ordering parts a breeze.
This used to be Marvin Landplane in mid ‘70’s. First part was a lunchroom. To the right was all the templates and blue prints. Further in were the burning tables, machine shop and drill. Beyond that were the painting bays and shipping area. The left on the outside was a gravel area for channel stock on racks. Remember working and listening to the World Series when Oakland A’s would rule MLB.
Had a DEF sensor problem that keep acting up, truck went into limp mode and while the driver was limping down the street he looked to the left and saw BUS WEST. Limped it over and a short time later he was fixed and back on the road. Bus west found the issue where no one else could. Great job.
