What can I say, have yet to have a bad experience at this place. People are super nice and very helpful! They also know what they sell!!! Can't wait for the retail side to finally open sometime in the near future!!!

I showed up with two separate orders and told them that I had to be leaving in an hour. It was a tall order to fill and they made it happen, even with lunch breaks. I was super impressed and very grateful. Thanks guys, you are the best!!!!

Have you ever had an experience when you had to contact customer service and were expecting difficulty and issues? I did. without going into details, I sent a direct and gruff email to Baileys INC about an order I made. I expected them to fight me on the issue but that was no so. They were actually very accommodating and solved my problem immediately. I am impressed and a bit embarrassed by the tone of my first email! This was my first time dealing with them so I guess I learned something. Thanks guys and specifically Katherine Beltran.
