I’ve had such a great experience at UIA Laser Center! The staff is professional, the environment is clean and welcoming, and everything runs smoothly. I especially want to highlight Roxanne—she’s been incredibly kind and helpful throughout my laser hair removal process. She always makes me feel comfortable, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about how things are going. Highly recommend this place, especially if you’re nervous or new to laser treatments!

I have been seeing Roxanne for a few years and she has always been very accommodating to my schedule. Roxanne takes her time to ensure she does a good job regardless of the area. Most importantly, she allows me feel very comfortable given the awkward areas being lasered. 10/10 would recommend Roxanne from UIA to all.

Roxanne is the best! I was going new look skin center, but when I moved to the valley Roxanne was easily standing out! I felt welcomed and at ease. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. She walked me through the whole process, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the sessions. After just a few treatments, I'm already seeing fantastic results. Pain was minimal, and the equipment seems to be top of the line. If you're considering laser hair removal, I highly recommend UIA. Worth every penny!
