I hired Teamwork and when I had some difficulties with their work due to the heavy rains on my deck and stairs, when I spoke to Levi, he told me he would stand behind his work and guaranteed us that he would make sure our deck and stairs were fixed properly. Thank you Levi. Wendy
We requested to have two of our fireplaces serviced. They came in and said the initial price would be $900 for the TWO fireplaces,, which my husband objected to and then said it was $300 for the two fireplaces. At the end of the service call the service technician now says it's $600, that my husband misunderstood that it was supposed to be 300 for each. Why would the technician quote for both then say he was quoting for each. When I came down to get involved, the technician was a little bit hostile to begin with and objected to me coming into the conversation after initially speaking with my husband.
