I wouldn't waste a second recommending any other contractor than Royalty Builders Inc. On top of being an incredible professionals they work with a great group of guys and the rapport that they share make them an awesome team.Royalty Builders Inc. are reliable and trustworthy. Respectful of your space, and leaves the site as clean as he found it. I'd have them back to our place in a second.

Just completed our plans for a 900sqft ADU. Liroy and his team truly are experts in their field. They helped with everything from design all the way through the submittal process. I'm excited to continue working with them and will continue to update here as we move through the different phases.
