It turns out that we live outside of Nick's service area, but nonetheless he answered my email and then we had a follow-up phone call. I sent pictures of our issue and he gave generously of his advice and time even though we weren't going to become clients. He also recommended some trees we could plant and a tree trimmer in our area. His responsiveness and help were refreshing, especially after not even getting calls returned from others I inquired with.

I couldn't agree more with the last reviewer! I'm located in Woodland Hills and I have palm tree that is in serious trouble. Nick & I communicated via email/photos. He was able to guide me and give me the advice I needed. Nick was extremely generous with his time and expertise. I would recommend Nick anytime!
