“I thought I would be in chronic pain for the rest of my life but I am now pain free, thanks to the skillful Dr. Mitchel Steinberg! First and foremost Dr. Steinberg listened to me, and believed what I told him. Initially my pain was under my left shoulder blade and thinking I had pulled a muscle I underwent two rounds of steroid therapy as prescribed by medical doctors. But then the pain came back and spread to my left arm and hand. I couldn’t sit or lie down without pain radiating down my arm. Even standing was painful!<br>Then I found Dr. Steinberg. I required 2-3 adjustments each week for about 2 months. Dr. Steinberg knew that I needed to decompress the vertebrae in my neck and focused on that at each appointment.<br>As a side note, I visited another chiropractor when Dr. Steinberg wasn’t available and when I told him I needed decompression of my neck he said I could have my husband do it! What??!! After that visit I realized what a gem I had found in Dr. Steinberg.<br>The results were not immediate, nor did I expect them to be. However, consistent adjustments over a few weeks have completely changed my life! I now go in for an adjustment when needed to maintain a properly aligned spine and prevent the return of chronic pain.<br>Dr. Steinberg is warm and friendly, has a great sense of humor and is easy to talk to. “I notice that Eve has a healing touch. Her type of care is soft, warm, yet certain with her delivery of medium deep tissue massage. I feel better, stress is relieved. I notice though that the massage therapy started at 1240pm pst & ended around 130pm pst. It would have been best if I've received the full benefit of what I paid for (60 min). Also at that moment, adding tip felt like an obligation to give her as if she control my money up until then. I choose to love & forgive me, her, us all. “Dr. Zelinsky is amazing! I have been seeing him on and off for 6 years now. I first went to him because all of a sudden, the area next to my belly button to the right was sore and super sensitive to the touch. I thought maybe I have appendicitis. I went to different doctors including a specialist but no one knew what the issue was. Then I saw Dr Zelinsky - he told me I pulled my back and the muscles were inflamed (even though I did not feel any back pain). Since there are nerves in the front that are connected to the back muscles, that is why my belly button area was sore and sensitive to the touch. He fixed my back and the soreness and sensitivity completely went away in two days. Who would even think it is the back muscles that caused the problem!!?? Only a genius like Dr. Z would! Had I not been so lucky to have seen him, I would have spent hundreds and hundreds on medical bills and taken unnecessary scans or MRI and not getting any right answers. I also have sciatica in my lower back, neck and shoulder pain and occasional bad flair up in my right upper back. Ever time I visit Dr. Z, the pain goes away within 1 to 2 visits and I feel brand new!! He is so knowledgeable, kind, accommodating, caring and hilarious!!! I trust him completely! BEST chiropractor EVER!!!!“
