My experience was great. From the time I called with a friendly happy voice on the phone to meeting with Megan whom I went over my concerns about breaking out from Sally's Wella hair dye. She listened and really took the time to help explain what it could have been and how the M.R. hair colors are a good option to try. The shampoo girl was very sweet and her pressure on my scalp, water temp was great. Everyone who walked around said Hi and took the time to ask me if I wanted anything to drink. I felt special for the hour that it was. It has been 3 days since coloring my roots and normally I would have already been breaking out even after taking benadryl right away... read full review
My hair color looks fabulous. The colorists are always professional, knowledgeable, and care about your experience and satisfaction. The rest of the staff are very friendly and professional as well. I would highly recommend a membership at Madison Reed.
