I had previously set up my own website for my aesthetics practice on Wix but had recently changed locations, which included a name and logo change as well. I realized this involved a lot more back-end work than I could handle. I am not very tech-savvy. I looked around and found LiveWebMedia through Wix somehow and was connected right away with a live agent, which is huge for me. I strongly dislike answering to automated services or having to repeat myself after speaking with multiple representatives.
