Eric and his team are very detailed oriented and he personally oversees each project to its completion. They also do a fabulous job cleaning upholstery and area rugs. Eric and his guys just left my home and If I was not home to witness that they just cleaned my floors, I would swear that they put in new ones! Unreal! They look gorgeous, just like the day that they were put in. What is important to know is that Eric was honest in telling me what he could and could not do beforehand so that I had no unrealistic expectations, he honored his estimate, he and his guys were on time (actually early!) and they were careful moving my personal property around to clean my floors and respectful putting everything back. Glad I went with this company. All my other estimates were BS. They told me I needed services I didn't need. Way overcharging by thousands. I told the owner Eric the problem. Which was, contractor left glue adhesive on brand new hardwood floor throughout the house. With his years of experience told me over the phone how this is nothing uncommon and if how I described it is accurate he will have no problem removing it. He explained everything, communicated everything. Came to my house and did a sample. Began the job right after I approved the sample. He's a worker right alongside his two guys.
