I found L A Construction, Heating and Air through LADWP AC Optimization Program in 2022. They serviced my 2 AC units with zero costs. I was very satisfied with their work therefore I decided to use them again this year. Scheduling a job was very easy through their website. The technician, Carlos Baltazar contacted me yesterday to confirm. This morning prior to my appointment time, Carlos texted me that he was on his way to my house, with a photo of himself! Carlos wore booties while inside, he replaced the two air filters, checked the two units thoroughly and explained in detail the work that was performed and gave me my detailed statement.
