Although I once frequented this place and thought it was amazing, their true colors ended up showing through, so I need to update my previous 5-star review. First, I want to say I loved Bern, one of the massage therapists. I went to him very often and loved him and thoroughly enjoyed our sessions. He ended up leaving the business, which is another reason I would not have gone back here. But the main reason I did not go back is because of the receptionist Luisa, and then how Dr. Toni handled her atrocious attitude. I considered both of them great people and friends. My wife and I have been coming here for well over 15 years. Toni and her staff are awesome and she has a wide range of therapy options to address all my aches and pains. She really knows how to put your body right, so you can go back to work or play.
Caution: The 1-Star is for all of your staff being extremely friendly and some of the nicest people you'll meet in LA. I spent over $1,000 receiving treatment here for a knee injury. Top 3 biggest regrets of my life. Toni is very nice but her method of using percussion massage and electro-currents was only providing a temporary band-aid towards my pain, not a solution. My meniscus tear turned into a horrible knee valgus that I am still not completely recovered from 8 months later. Any person with medical knowledge would have me immobilize with a brace and crutches after seeing me hop into their office.
