Our Grandparents hired Glen for years to do the accounting for the family business. He was always professional and organized. Not great advice and some mistakes but overall he was nice to them and my Mom. After Glen left, our company has been disappointed in the other CPAs. It's just not the same friendly and professional service anymore.

Have used this firm for over 20 years. Glen Grossman is as professional, polite, and helpful as it gets. They handle our corporate (3) and personal finances and I would never go anywhere else.

I have dealt with many accountants over the years. Many are happy to do business with you, are professional, and polite. This is not Mark. He acts as if you are bothering him and he is doing you a favor. Fortunately, he is not my personal accountant. However, he does very light bookkeeper for a family property. He is always late getting checks out to service people. Once when dropping off a family members tax documents he acted annoyed as if he couldn't be bothered to take the folder. I wasn't asking him for anything. They weren't even my documents. Yet, his attitude was telling. He was being bothered. Every year, the P&L statement for the family property is not completed before March. Other accountants have this in by January 15th. Don't bother asking for it, he can't be bothered. I'm done, time for the family to find an account that can be polite, professional, and get the job done in a timely manner. Please don't waste your time with Mark, because you will definitely be wasting his.
