We are so glad we hired Cavalier Builders to do exterior work on our home. We had some water entering during last year's rains, and Sharon was able to diagnose the problem and recommend a great solution. They removed an old balcony where water was entering and waterproofed and repaired the stucco and installed a faux balcony (custom made by someone Sharon recommended). They also painted the exterior of the house, which included a lot of detailed work on columns and trim. Sharon was great to work with, very responsive and clear and provided fair pricing. As the daughter of a contractor who built ground-up custom homes, I know good work and I have a pretty clear idea of what I want and what my expectations are. It is important to me that one listens with CARE and takes pride in their work. I interviewed several companies and settled on Cavalier Builders. When I met with Sharon, he listened and showed enthusiasm for my ideas. First, I've never written a review for a business, other than a "thank you" to tree trimming company. I don't have any social media accounts. Didn't even have a Yelp account until this review. The project was a much needed update to my master bathroom. I read a LOT of Yelp reviews. I finally narrowed that search to two, one of whom was Sharon Moshe and Cavalier.So why did I choose Sharon Moshe? He valued my business, budget and time. The final estimate to complete the work was approximately $25k. Two changes, at my request (shower exhaust fan update and a pocket door), increased that by roughly $1800.
