Thought I had bedbugs but it was just fleas luckily. They were able to eradicate the problem right away. The technician was very thorough. Great job and very happy with their customer service overall.
This business has provided the best value that I've seen in pest control. Surrounded by neighbors with chickens and fruit trees, we get our fair share of rats and mice. I've tried a few companies in our area, and this is the best. Having a monthly service arrangement with Cal Termite has been convenient, reliable, and affordable. Technician Robert Valdez is friendly and efficient. By the way, I never write reviews, so you know I'm impressed.
Cal Termite responded quickly and promptly sent Chad out for an inspection. Chat was informed and patient in talking my wife and I through the issue. He thoroughly inspected the home including the attic. Evidence of termites were found and he walked us through a treatment plan.The team at Cal Termite was able to get us scheduled within about 3 weeks. Luis came out and was very professional. He walked us through the treatment plan details and worked with little impact to us. Overall it was a great experience. We'll definitely be reaching out to Cal Termite for our future inspections and any other pest issues we encounter.
