I was seen by the amazing Ms. Wendy, I have had my Pedi done by both Ms. Sally and Ms. Tina, they are awesome too. I went to see Ms. Wendy for some sunshine and she gives me exactly that... A set of beautiful ? daisies. I absolutely love her work and everyone at the spa. The pink flower nails were taken 2 weeks after I had them done, I forgot to post it, she did a beautiful job with it too. I look forward to our next visits for which I will continue to post her amazing work... The spa is beautiful, clean and so relaxing as you get pampered, it's definitely a keeper..

First off; the salon was clean and the other nail techs seemed sweet and great. Service was great until my tech refused to fix my nails even though I told her it wasn't what I asked and then claimed it was because she did exactly what the photo showed her (it did not at all and she never confirmed it's what I wanted before she did it and cured under UV). We looked at the photo again and she argued me that I was wrong. I was basically told too bad, so bad. Long story short, did not get what I asked for and was not given any discount or even effort to fix the mistake. Never coming back. I was being completely gaslit, no apology given, or acknowledgement of the mistake. Salon wasn't busy, so that wasn't an excuse to not fix it. I was bummed out.

Very happy with this salon. Lili's been doing my toes for many many years and I've followed her from several salons to this location. She's very accommodating often getting me in when I need to and working with my allergies and using my own products when needed. I've been to countless salons to have my toes done and I always end up back with Lili I don't even look anymore. This is not the closest to my house but it's worth the drive. As a bonus my kids love to tagalong and get their fingers and toes done as well
