Aesthetically beautiful and the massage was absolutely amazing! I have been wanting to visit now for a while. They were booked this evening but was able to get in for a 25 minute experience and it was wonderful. Looking forward to coming back for the full experience.

The vibe and cleanliness elevate your massage experience. Customer service when booking and upon arriving is excellent. Karina was sweet and helpful throughout. The massage beds are heated and you hear relaxing beach sounds ... it's awesome. The only thing I would change is the length of the massage. Most places start the massage when you actually start feeling hands on your body, not as soon as you enter the space. So my 80 minute massage was actually 10-15 minutes less (therapist walks you in, they ask you about injuries, intensity, etc- then you are walked to the bed, therapist steps out until you change, comes back a few mins later... all of that is accounted for in your massage time) Overall, I'll return knowing the location, therapists and staff are great.

Okay so I've been to the Now before but in Studio City. I had Molly and let me tell you...I had never left a massage feeling so relaxed and lose before like I did that time with Molly. If youre gonna check out the studio city one I highly recommend Molly. I got the Now massage with the heat herbal therapy addition. So I had to come here which is closer to me so of course I was excited! I got the same pleasant vibe. The receptionist is so kind. She made me feel very welcomed. The lobby is the perfect minimalist atmosphere to feel relaxed. There is a restroom right there so easy to access and inside there's really nice quotes and messages. I got the Stretch which is their sports massage. I should've added the deep tissue enhancement but next time I will. I did get to breathe in some lavender during my massage. I got Alicia and she was so kind and informative. She got into detail asking me question prior to my massage which I really appreciated. She gave me a wonderful massage and experience but I do regret not getting the deep tissue because she didn't go hard enough but that was my bad. She even suggested it at the end that I should consider it because I'm full knots right now from my workouts so I def needed something stronger. Overall a much needed relaxing experience. Also, parking is a million times better than the chaos you deal with in Studio City because this one is in a plaza.
