Outstanding service! Rosa Vasquez is the best! She communicated very well, very professional, very sweet and friendly, and you can tell she really cares about the facility. The cleaning is very thorough and always left the place looking/smelling good! Very happy with the service provided and the price is affordable. Highly recommend this company.

Allstate has been cleaning my office 3 days a week since 2018. They are always very reliable and consistent. My cleaners even came to clean during the worst day of Hurricane Hillary which I was very grateful for since the roads were so flooded. Our office had minor flooding from the storm so I emailed Pam to request an emergency carpet shampoo. She responded right away and had a technician perform the shampoo the same day. I highly recommend this company. Great cleaners and caring customer service staff!

Allstate has overall been a good experience. Whenever there was an issue, after a few texts or calls, my issue was resolved. The staff generally did a good job and were quick to respond when a special need was requested.
