“Generally, I have bad luck hiring contractors. Austin's is the serious exception. They were on time, efficient, and downright nice!Our A/c went out when it was 98 degrees out. I'm disabled, and the heat really messes with me, so I called Austin's because it came up first in a Google search. “Peter is the ONLY person who correctly diagnosed an annoying A/C problem I had years ago, He offered me several options for replacing (or repairing) the OUTSIDE A/C unit including an equal-value unit similar to what I had and an option for an American Standard outside unit which was an upgrade to just replacing what I had. I believe this was 1998. I have had NO PROBLEM whatsoever since then.Again after 3 repeated visits by another company Peter dug DEEP enough in the dirt behind my unit to find the problem (electrical issues) and fixed the problem. The 3 previous calls "tried" to clean my outside and inside unit heat exchange vanes etc. (acid clean) as well as "checking all electrical connections and fuses)When finished, all I could get was semi-cool air which left my house at about 85 degrees and higher even when running full time! I would recommend Hawes Heating and Air for anyone who wants a GOOD job done right!“
“As a commercial property manager in the Sacramento area, I've been working with ACCO for years and I've found that I choose them over other vendors for these reasons:1. They respond quickly, especially when the heat or cooling stops and there is an emergency situation.2. I find their HVAC service to be thorough, and I appreciate that often they can diagnose that a problem quickly because they are experienced.3. They are assertive with their work: they don't wait for something to break and an emergency to occur (though sometimes that occurs of course). They can tell when a part is nearing the end of its life and give me the option of replacing it before it breaks down, which keeps the life of the machinery in better condition.4. If an HVAC system is in need of a replacement, they are the ones who take care of it for me, from beginning to end, taking care of all of the permitting process when I request it, installing new ducts when needed.5. “My Husband and I had our A/C go out in the middle of summer (July) blue mountain came out within a few days and fixed our issue within a week. It was a coil that needed to be replaced.
We had another issue with our A/C on Friday morning, contacted Tyla at Blue Mountain and she sent a technician out the same day! We called at 9am and the technician was here by 10. They were able to fix our problem. This time it was the condenser that needed recharging.
