This was me after arriving at Sherman Oaks Dry Cleaners one morning frantic about having a pair of pants I needed hemmed within 48 hours. “Joanne is amazing! She was one of the few people willing to give me a ballpark quote over the phone based on where my bridesmaid dress is from. Everywhere else said I had to bring it in or they charged me a higher price than Joanne's pricing. I just needed a simple trim of the dress and Joanne was able to perform in a timely manner. I even forgot to bring shoes when I had to try on the dress for pickup but she was prepared and had extra! “I used to have Gianni tailor all of my slacks and suits from high school in the 80s through the mid 90s when I got out of college. I always knew he'd fix everything perfectly. I moved away, and ended up in an industry that didn't require tailored clothes.Fast forward 28 years. My son is getting married, so I bought a new suit (first in 30 years ). “I hardly ever write reviews, but the owners of this cleaners are so sweet! I realized I needed to have my wedding veil pressed just a couple days before my wedding, they were able to help me while I was in a state of panic. I was in a desperate situation, as everyone else was not able to help me on the same day, so I was willing to pay however much it cost, but they even wanted to give me a discount for being a bride which I refused, but was so thoughtful of them. I am moving, but if I were local, I would gladly use them for any future dry cleaning needs, only wish I would've found them sooner!“
