They helped us on short notice and went out of their way to help us chase down a part. We just hired them again when our Samsung washer had a leak. “My whirlpool washer was leaking from Underneath and I called American Home Shield. That day I received a phone call from All Valley appliance stating that they would be at my house the next day between nine and one. Alex showed up a little after 10. Determined that the drain pump was faulty. He had another one on the truck and pretty soon my machine was fixed. After letting the concrete dry out I did a small load of laundry this morning and no leaking was noticed. Alex was very professional and didn't mind at all that I was paying attention to what he was doing. I explained to him that I learned how to fix a lot of things by watching my father while growing up and I was very interested in watching what he was doing. I read a lot of reviews about this company and I want to just say that maybe some people do experience continued problems with the repair, but I did not. A few more loads of laundry should confirm that my washer was fixed satisfactorily.“
