So helpful and super nice people here. I needed to get my old kitty in quickly and they made it happen! She is fine, still mean and crotchety but I guess that can be expected when your 18 years old with only a few teeth left.

The staff here are so sweet, friendly and understanding. The atmosphere is cute, warm, and cozy and there’s plenty of seating available while you’re waiting. I greatly appreciate the detail instructions they give you when medication is needed for your pup. And clarity and willingness to answer any questions or concerns about it. It makes me feel way more comfortable to be able to do it at home and pass the information on for others to do the meds too.They all are super sweet and really show that they care for all the animals.

this review has been a long time coming. these amazing, beautiful people have been looking after my sausage dog for six years. they really do, legitimately, seriously care. prior to making the decision to come here, i did extensive research. i concluded this was the finest facility in sonoma county. i haven't changed my opinion. what is really wonderful about wine country is that the atmosphere is simultaneously warm, friendly, and down-home as it is immaculate, state-of-the-art, and highly professional. the staff are extremely compassionate. they take time to answer my questions, follow-up after visits, and are totally willing to accommodate any of my special requests...read full review
