Katie is the best agent I have ever had in my whole life with multiple times of purchasing property! I will give her 6 stars if there is 6! Here are the reasons: She helped me to find the perfect house which has view as well as pool! It's very hard to find such a nice combination in Santa Rosa. I have seen open housefor more than 6 months and saw more than 30 houses. When she had appointment with me, she is always be there on time or earlier! I had one experience with another agent who did not show on time and did not answer my call or text! Katie always treat my business as hers. She helps me find a HomeBridge finance team who also did fabulous job and make almost impossible loan to be approved on time without any delay! That was very impressive! Katie also helped me find the company to do pool inspection as well as painter and electricians who have been there with katie to estimate the cost of remodeling! This is extremely helpful for a person like me coming here from Los angles and know none in this beautiful community! There are lot more things worth of my time to write, but I don't want take too much of your time to read. Just mention one more thing which makes me believe that in a very near future, Katie will definitely become one of top agents in Sonoma county with the best quality of service she provides. The last thing I don't want to miss is that she organized and prepared a party for me in my backyard in order to make me feel welcomed and to get to know my neighbors. She prepared all food and drinks and invites my neighbors as I have been so exhausted and busy from my job. If I have more money to buy another property or If someone ask me for referral, I will have one agent in my heart, that is Katie!!!! Thank you so much Katie. You made my dream house became true. When I lay down near my swimming pool tonight looking at the gorgeous color changes in sky during sunset time, I am so thankful and felt so blessed to have found Katie as my agent!!! Lian
