Jacqueline Green is wonderful. Her demeanor and disposition were superb. She is very knowledgeable on air conditioners. She explained in depth the mechanics and logistics of the system. She answered every question and concern in a professional, simplified way that was understandable. This was my first time receiving service from Same Day plumbing, heating, and cooling. Every representative was pleasant on the telephone. However, I highly recommend her specifically at whatever company she is employed at.
