Is this place in business? I have called and left a message as well as emailed with no response. I dropped in today for the Thursday at 11:00 AM class and no one was there and no one answered the phone. Is it possible to update the website to more accurately reflect the schedule and/or status of the business? Thanks!

I've been struggling with chronic pain and I finally found someone who could help me not only maintain my fitness but add to my routines. Tami is an exceptional instructor. She is patient and understanding. 5 stars for sure!
