Our 2 year old needed a tooth abstraction due to an infection and abscess on her gum. We were very weary to put her under bc she is so young. But, we did, and everything went well! The staff was very helpful and kind. We really appreciated that they went out of their way to help us with this emergency, follow up, and answer all of our questions.

Once you are able to get ahold of someone to schedule an appointment, everything else is as good as I could ever ask for in these circumstances. The check-in is fairly quick and straightforward. Receptionist was kind, quick and efficient. The lobby is clean and has some activities for the kiddos. They also have free WiFi for guests. The initial part of the process where the children get their vitals taken was for the most part fairly simple. The nurses here do a phenomenal job with making your child feel as comfortable as possible. They offer stuffed animals, toys, and even a tablet to distract them from what's going on.
